Garnished with pomegranate “rubies”, this prosecco-topped drink created by Bon Appetit’s Chef Mary Nolan for our most recent event with London Jewelers is sure to be your new go-to. PRINCESS FLOWER COCKTAIL

Makes 1
1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 oz gin
3/4 oz St. Germaine
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh pomegranate arils (seeds), reserving 1 for garnish
Heavy splash of Champagne of other sparkling wine
Add lemon juice, gin, St. Germaine and pomegranate seeds to a cocktail shaker. Muddle until arils are broken (mixture will appear pink). Add 1 cup ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Top with Champagne and garnish with remaining pomegranate aril.
